Our business manufactures and sells various culinary planks and innovative decorative products. The Roasting plank is a roasting/smoking dish made out of solid wood. The wood is soaked in a liquid such as water, wine, beer or juice with some herbs and spices for flavour. The soaking prevents the wood from burning, so the longer you soak it the better, and it also flavours the plank. The food is placed directly on the plank in the oven to cook. The plank flavours the meat with a beautifully woody smoked flavour along with the flavour that you soaked the plank in.
